Indian Durbar was undoubtedly one of the standout experiences of our stay.
The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and a sophisticated ambiance that immediately sets it apart from many hotel restaurants in the city.
What impressed us most was the menu. Rather than offering only conventional Indian dishes, the restaurant presents elevated and creative interpretations of regional Indian cuisine.
The vegetarian thali was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, while the Butter Chicken was among the best we have enjoyed at a luxury hotel in Bengaluru. Combined with attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere, Indian Durbar delivered an exceptional dining experience.
