- Any additional notes you include in your message
We do not collect any sensitive personal information, financial details, or government identification through this site.

Your submission is routed directly to our inbox. We use it exclusively to:
- Contact you regarding your travel enquiry
- Curate and propose your luxury hotel options
- Communicate with you throughout the planning and booking process
We do not use your information for marketing emails, newsletters, or advertising of any kind.
We process your information based on your consent and on the steps necessary to respond to your enquiry.
03Data Storage & Sharing
We respect your privacy. We do not store your data in external marketing databases, and we never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Your details are only shared with our trusted luxury hotel partners (such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, or Fairmont) and local transfer providers when it is strictly necessary to secure your reservations and confirm partner perks. Only the information required for that specific booking is shared.
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by our hosting provider, Netlify, before they reach our inbox. Please note that Netlify automatically logs the IP address of form submitters solely for technical delivery and spam protection. This data is never used for marketing or profiling.

- Confirm what information of yours we hold
- Correct or update your details
- Delete your enquiry and remove your details from our inbox
